rangers go deep... and win

It’s not shocking that the Rangers won tonight. Not because Padilla was pitching and he's had 5 quality stars in a row. No, it’s because the Rangers hit four homers on route to a 9-3 victory. The term small-ball means nothing in the Rangers clubhouse. The Rangers have the third fewest sacrifice bunts in the majors behind only Toronto and Boston and only Rod Barajas has more than one. Can you say pathetic? Almost as bad is the Rangers 8-16 record in one-run games.

Every Ranger but Brad "K" Wilkerson had a hit tonight with Matthews, Teixeira, Blalock, Kinsler and Mench having multi-hit games. Kinsler is 13 for 25 in his last 6 games.

Kinsler rounds third after going deep

Padilla had 10 strikeouts

Cordero closed it out going 2 1/3 for the save
