Mike Modano left tonight's game a few minutes into the 2nd period with a "lower body injury". Already out tonight were Darryl Sydor, Trevor Daley, Steve Ott, Antti Miettinen, Brenden Morrow and Eric Lindros. So now with Mike out, who's scores for this team? They won tonight 1-0 on a power play goal by Modano in the first (his 495th career goal). The Stars missed out on several chances to bury a second puck in the net but were unable to hit an open net. Marty Turco played a hell of a game tonight, stoning Joe Pavekski and Jonathan Cheechoo late in the game. It's time for some of the young guys like Loui Eriksson, Patrick Stefan and Jussi Jokinen to step up their game.
